By purchasing, installing, or using OmenCheck browser extensions and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our products or services.
Upon valid subscription or one-time license purchase via our official merchant Paddle, OmenCheck grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features of the respective extension(s) in accordance with these terms.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or share your license key with unauthorized third parties. License keys are strictly linked to your customer account.
All payments, invoicing, and order processing are securely conducted by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the end of the billing period.
OmenCheck products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our software.
